Who needs a constellation when we already have the technology to go to Mars and build underground cities and bases there?

According to Andrew Di Basiago, we (meaning the United States) have the ability to jump to the gates and travel time that was stolen from [[Nikola Tesla]] before his death in 1946.

There is an elevator in California and in a CIA laboratory that has the ability to send humans to Mars or any other planet that has a solid surface.

This technology is derived from the reverse engineering of a fallen spacecraft.
Andre de Basigio says you have to ask yourself why all these explorers like Beagle 1, 2, and 3 have all been sent to Mars.

The main function of sending Beagle to Mars was to raise the elevator.
