by those pesky vandals.

A userbox for non-admins who are just a little bit irritated with being accused of being an admin for doing such heinous sins as AIV/CSD/AfD.

First parameter is whatever you want in bold (usually the number of vandals).

Second parameter is whatever you want in place of the word 'vandals' ('vandal' singular is quite useful).
